Eyesight is more important for all living beings to see the nature of our world. Protecting and Improving our Eyesight takes dedication. This is not the big thing and we can follow certain exercises to protect and improve our Eyesight. By learning the process of how vision works can help us to understand what we are doing on retraining our vision. The Vision improvement is the matter of changing the habitual way of seeing and using our eyes.
• Getting an eye chart and place it on a wall that assists us to measure our progress.
• By placing the hands together palm to palm and rub it briskly to bring heat, and then place them on eyes which give relaxes to the eyes. This can be done whenever we have time during the days or sitting at the computer.
• You can also place the palm of your hands on the eyes once a day and close the eyes. Without giving the pressure on eyes but cup the hand over the eye and you will absorb totally black. This can also helps to relax our eyes.
• The more blinking and moving of eyes helps in improve our Eyesight. Because most vision problem occurs due to the habitual way of seeing that we move or don’t move our eyes when we look at things.
• Using the hot or cold compresses on our eyes daily makes them relax.
It is also necessary to learn more vision relaxation methods and practice them regularly that result in good changes in improve our eyesight.
