How to Prevent Spam E-mails?

It is very irritating for us to look the unsolicited junk mail or spam e-mail that comes to our inbox. These mails are often sending as the marketing mail to our email account. You need to worry about how to prevent the spam mail. There are various ways to prevent this type of unsolicited spam email.

• Internet service provider has the option to prevent the spam mail. You can check with your internet service provider for spam prevention, which scans the incoming mail for known spammers.

• In case, if you are not getting the spam mail now then create another email account, and use this new email exclusively from e-commerce and other marketing mails.

• You can also filter your spam mail from other mail. Create the email folder as Suspected Spam, and use the filtering feature in your email program that filter and redirect the spam mail to the Suspected Spam folder.

• In order to direct, the incoming mail to the inbox other than the spam mail. You can define a rule that says, if the name appeared in the To: or in the cc: field, then it can move the mail to the inbox.

• Also, define the individual rule that makes the incoming mails to send to the individual folders or to the special folders. For instance, if the sender field has ‘MyList’ then this message will deliver to the MyList folder.

When you have already completed define the rule to send the spam mail to the Suspected Spam folder, and to the other special folders. You can also define the new rule that helps to send the ordinary incoming mail to your inbox. By doing all things, you can prevent the spam email that is delivered in your email account.
