Jogging is a good exercise that keeps our blood to flow from whole part of the body to the brain and provide energy. It helps for us to maintain our body fit and control. Many of the people are thinking that jogging is nothing but running slowly and misunderstand how to jog in their daily life. In fact jogging is running but there are some ways to do jogging and they are shown in this article.
• The person has to set a limit distance for jogging and start to run at a slow pace.
• Each step of running, you should raise your knees and land on your heel with the ball of the foot to push off for the next step.
• Arms should be relaxed and should not bent less than a 90 degree angle, and also swing the arms gently for each step by your sides in tandem to the opposite leg.
• Hands should be cupped but in loose, it is also good to breathe easily and deeply by keep your head up while jogging.
• You should also warm up and start with a short walk before and after jogging that helps to minimize the chance of injury.
It is also important to select a right place for jogging that should not stop us from running. Even the shoes can be selected properly for jogging because while jogging the shoes will hurt us and leads to stop running. You can now understand about how to jog and make your body fit.
