Protein is the most required one for every day food that provides the sufficient energy and builds the lean muscle in our body. Some people want to build their muscle but does not want increase their body fat. For those protein is the only answer, which gives the strong lean muscle. In order to build lot of muscles in your body, you need two ways of protein supplements and they are casein and whey. Casein proteins are rich in milk but it will take time to digest. Hence take the casein protein in night time, and the whey protein can be quickly absorbed and digested. So that you can take the whey protein after your work out that helps to build your muscles more effectively.

The other foods such as meat including chicken, beef and seafood are rich in proteins. But you should take low amount of these foods which is low in calories and rich in proteins. Even diary is rich of protein but it is high in saturated fat. However, you can take the low fat milk and cheese that also has the same content of the protein. There are also some non meat sources are available that helps to increase the protein in the body and they are as beans, nuts, soy products and legumes.
