Martial Arts is an art of codified practices and traditions of combat training, which helps one to physically defend oneself or defeat others from the physical threat. • Get the feedback from the other students, friends and other family members that make you to identify your positive and negative.

• Identify your long term and short-term progress and get your way to success.
