We are very much eager to send and share our photos with our friends and our family members through internet if they are located far away from you. On posting pictures to the internet or to the email, The image should be compressed to ensure image should be loading fast when viewing it. But most us don’t know about how to compress the images. This article helps you about how to compress the jpeg files for the internet or to send the email.
• Open the Microsoft office Picture Manager and browse the folder that has your picture in it by clicking the “add picture shortcut” from the left side of the screen. This will locate folder which has the picture in it and then click the “add” button.
• By clicking the add button it will add that folders to the pictures, and you can view from picture manager.
• Double click the picture that you wish to compress it. This will open the picture in its own screen.
• Now it’s the time to compress it. Select the “Pictures” from the file menu and click the “compress picture”. This will show you options for the purpose of compressing such as for web pages, email messages, etc.
• On clicking the “OK” option your picture will be compressed for your required purpose.
Be sure don’t save the changes to your original file and always make a copy to the file. To save your compressed file go to the File option and select the “Save As” option and saved in a new name. Now your picture has been compressed and you can post the compressed image in internet or to send the email.
