Some of the high tension sports like cycling, Marathon and football needs strong thighs. Once you had stronger thighs, then its very easy to participate and get succeed in high tension sports.
Also strong thighs which helps you to keep healthy. To get stronger thighs you need healthy diet and Self Discipline. Here is some tips to get strong thighs.
1. Practicing some workouts regularly at gym.
2. In earlier days ride on bicycle in small hills later on try higher hills will help you to get stronger thighs.
3. Skipping practice will certainly improves your thighs.
4. Start jogging regularly around 3-5 Kms in minimum time as much as possible. (Never run faster in earlier days when you start building strong thighs)
5. Join in anyone of martial arts (Like Karate) club to practice.
Getting stronger thighs may take upto couple of months. Always stretch your body and relax your legs before start your exercising.
